Emma's goodbye message

Remember me telling you to take a breather during class? Well, I am taking up on my own advice and I am taking a breather in life. I am saying goodbye to the Love at First Tribe.

Goodbye
Like many others, the several lockdowns forced me to slower down my pace. The calendar was wiped clean. Weird at first, but eventually it changed me for the better. When restrictions were lifted, I was of course - again like many others – excited we were able to see each other in real life, during real yoga classes. But after more possibilities were arising for The LAFT, I realised I couldn’t keep up anymore. I couldn’t give The Love at First Tribe and my job as marketeer both as much energy and passion as I would like. So to give myself a little bit more headspace and more room the breath, I’ve decided to stop teaching yoga and to say goodbye to The Love at First Tribe. So basically, blame it on Corona I guess... 😉

Thank you!
We’ve started three years ago with The Love at First Tribe and it was such an amazing journey. I am so grateful for all the cool people we have met, the cool places we have been and all the support throughout these three years. I am really proud to see what The Love at First Tribe has grown into: a community with lovely people from all over the world.

Thank you Tribers! I am definitely going to miss seeing your happy and blissful faces (and also the annoyed ones when I let you do too many chaturangas) during the yoga classes. And of course thank you to my fellow yogi and partner, Darcy. I am happy (and proud) that you are continuing this journey on your own. I am excited to see where you will lead the Tribe to next.

Last class
On Tuesday the 13th of July will be the last class I am teaching. I hope you join me, so we can say goodbye in real life. Otherwise I will see you around in the city or maybe we will meet in the future on the (other side of the) mat 😊

Lots of love,

♡ Emma
