TRANSFORMATIONAL breathwork + yoga (29 Oct 10:00-13:00)
Our breath is the most powerful tool we have, and it can assist us in many ways.
You might recognize it. Restlessness, being caught up in your thoughts, constantly engrossed in your phone and laptop. Faced with decisions and issues that your mind can't resolve. Numerous external distractions. Physical ailments or sleepless nights.
As human beings, we're becoming increasingly disconnected from ourselves, adept at burying or numbing difficult feelings, emotions, and (traumatic) experiences. We think we've left them behind, but what's actually happening is that our bodies bear the burden, leading to (physical) health issues.
There's really only one way, and that's to confront it head-on. With your own breath, you can confront and liberate yourself from old unresolved emotions, tensions, and stress, which will give you literal and metaphorical breathing space and clarity.
Experience this for yourself during this transformation breathwork + yoga session, hosted by our yoga teacher Denise and holistic coach Thanh Vân Nguyen.
Setup of the session
~ Sharing circle: we start the session with a sharing circle and time to write down your intention. Doing so, helps you to reflect, focus and connect.
~ Yoga: Denise guides you out of your head into your body with a gentle yoga class. She connects the breath with soft movements that enable you to release tension and that encourages self-awareness and relaxation. The perfect preparation for breathwork!
~Breathwork: Thanh will support you on your personal journey during a transformational breathwork session. With carefully selected music, instruments, trigger points, affirmations, and a beautiful and safe space, she will help you delve deeper.

We provide tea, fruits, and chocolate (vegan and gluten free).
We provide mats, pillows, and blankets to ensure your comfort. However, feel free to bring any additional items that will enhance your relaxation, such as warm socks or an eye pillow.
You’re invited to bring a pen and paper to write down your intentions and anything that comes to mind.
