LEARN TO LISTEN TO THE SUBTLE WHISPERS OF THE BODY

Then you might want to tap into the inner wisdom of the body.

Your body is extremely wise. It tells you everything — if you are willing to listen. Due to our current lifestyles, most of us have lost the ability to listen to the secret whispers of the body.

The good news? EVERYTHING is already present in your body. You don't have to work harder or go the extra mile. It's already there. The feeling of security and peace; the deeper knowledge of which choice is best for you; a deep-rooted love for yourself and everything around you. All of you can learn to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

This is not a quick fix to feel better.
It’s about becoming better at feeling.

What to expect during this workshop:

  • A meditation to ground

  • A fun and safe way to get to know each other

  • An embodied yoga flow, including breathwork and intuitive movement

  • An integration exercise to help you gather insights

  • A sharing circle with tea and (vegan + gluten-free) snacks

Tineke’s experience

Tineke: my life took a 180-degree turn when I participated in an Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training Course. I was so used to living my life from the head. Because with focus and discipline, you can achieve anything, right?!

And yes, I must say that I am proud of how far my discipline has brought me. I achieved great goals but with a major physical price.

I never experienced real calmness or feeling completely at home in my skin. Often, I felt always on the edge of over-stimulation. My head was always busy with things I still had to do, even after finishing my to-do list. It had great difficulty finding the off button.

Embodiment brought me:

~ A deep-rooted feeling of being okay with all there is. I can bear the difficult things and heavy news because I feel safe within my system.

~ A relaxed nervous system. I became excellent at niksen (spending time doing nothing) and being playful, without the urge to fulfil a goal.

~ A free feeling in my body, that allows everything to flow more effortlessly and without stiffness.
