Safe practicing in times of corona
These are strange times, many things are no longer as fun as they used to be when you have to keep distance. But luckily yoga is not one of them: it’s something you always do in the space on your own mat and the goal is to tune in with yourself anyway. Because we think it’s so important to continue your practice we are continously working on creative ways to offer our classes. We want to organise this responsibly in order to keep everybody safe and healthy so we’ve set a couple of ground rules for all offline classes.
Ground rules
Please bring your own mat. If buying your own mat is not possible for you, you can ask us to bring one for you.
If you’d like a cup of tea at the end: bring your own cup. If you want to use any props or a blanket, please bring your own
Make sure that you have changed into your yoga gear at home
At indoor location we request you to wear a face mask until you reach your mat
If you have symptoms like coughing or a fever, take one of our online classes instead
For safe practicing we will set up 1,5m distance markers, please only roll out your mat behind a marker.
There’s a maximum number of participants per class (you claim your spot by signing up)
If you are not using your Tribe Card you will receive a payment link for the class so we do not have to take payments at the location
Naturally we will not be doing any hands-on adjustments and we will refrain from heavy pranayama (breathing exercises)
Keep sending each other love and good vibrations from a safe distance :)
PS. We also want to keep everybody happy and healthy while they are working from home so please join on of the classes in our online schedule. Want to keep you colleagues happy as well? We also offer a discount package for online company yoga/meditation.
