Denise started practicing yoga and meditation when she was just 5 years old. Or practicing... It was more like playing, with poses like the happy & grumpy cat (cat-cow) and spider (walking around in wheel pose).
Since a few years, Denise started to dedicate herself more seriously to yoga. She mainly practiced the dynamic types that build up a lot of strength and stamina. The intensity enabled her to fully relax afterwards. This winter, she travelled to India to do her 200hrs hatha yoga teacher training. There, so discovered how the more static poses can expand your body awareness. In her own classes, she therefore aims to combine static poses with a dynamic flow.
