Yin yoga
In our water-themed yin yoga session, Marijke will guide you through gentle and cooling poses that embody the fluidity of water. Embrace the calm as you hold lying and sitting positions for 3-5 minutes, targeting the deeper layers of your body. This deep relaxation stimulates your meridians (energy paths in the body) and organs, creating a sense of serenity and space within.
Yoga nidra
Afterward, Erika facilitates a rejuvenating yoga nidra session. Lie down, close your eyes, and let Erika transport you to an ocean paradise through visualization. As you enter the Deep Sleep State, your consciousness will engage at a deeper level, activating your self-healing capacity and inducing a state of deep relaxation. It's like taking a mini-vacation for your mind and body.
We end the session with a cup of tea and room to meet other yogis or ask questions.
