From 11 September on, Robin will teach yin-yang yoga at the Tribe. These classes contain a breathing exercise to ground, an activating yang-part and a relaxing and softening yin-part. An ideal way to tune in with the body and mind and find balance between the physical and energetic aspects of life.
Let’s introduce Robin:
Hi, my name is Robin. For me, working with the body is a way of life. How you use and treat your body, translates into your mental and energetic well-being.
Over a decade ago, I attended my first yoga class on the advice of my physiotherapist. I walked in to cure my neck injury, but was instantly hooked. When mind, body, and soul are in harmony, everything improves. Soon, I decided that I wanted to share this with as many people as possible. That’s why I decided to became a yoga teacher.
I've been living in Rotterdam for a few years now, with my partner, two magnificent tiger-like cats, and recently, our little son. Furthermore, I have a passion for food and cooking, as I believe that a good meal brings people together. Two years ago, I left my corporate job to follow my heart and become an energetic therapist, and I haven't looked back since.
Discovering equilibrium between my new roles as a mother, entrepreneur, and yoga instructor has been a beautiful adventure so far and I am curious for what is yet to come. I am looking forward to see you on the mat!
